There are many different types of fruits that can help us to reduce weight like watermelon, mangoes, oranges and bananas. They provide the energy needed to boost our metabolic rate and burn calories. Fruits are perfect for snacks as they have low calories but high amount of vitamins, minerals and fibre.

Bananas
